I don't understand why I am getting reports in my messages about an account with Lloyds TSB. I don't have an account with them. The reports are in a currency which I don't recognize. I have phoned T-Mobile to inform them of this but nothing has been done to rectify the strange anomaly. Can you help?

Unfortunately, the only ones that can solve this issue, are the technicians from T-Mobile. I recommend you contact them again and explain the situation. You can get in touch with them using 00 44 7953 966250 phone number or the Contact Us page. Also, you can contact Lloyds TSB and ask for details about that account.
